Beef Nachos

1 tbs olive oil

1 large brown onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 kg beef mince

2 tsp Mexican chilli powder

2 tsp cumin powder

2 tbs tomato paste

500 ml (2 cups) Campbells Real Stock Beef

Serve with corn chips, grated cheese and coriander

STEP 1 Heat a large frying pan. Add oil, onion and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add mince and cook for 10 minutes or until mince starts to brown.

STEP 2 Add chilli powder, cumin, tomato paste and Campbells Real Stock Beef bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until liquid is almost absorbed.

STEP 3 Serve on a bed of corn chips topped with grated cheese and coriander.
