400g fettucine or pappardelle pasta
4 x chicken breast fillets (about 220g each)
2 rashers bacon, trimmed, chopped
410g can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup
½ cup thickened cream
1 tbsp chopped parsley
STEP 1 Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.
STEP 2 Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken until golden on both sides. Set aside. Cook bacon in same pan for 2-3 mins until browned.
STEP 3 Add Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken and Mushroom Soup and cream, stirring until combined.
STEP 4 Return chicken to pan and simmer in sauce for 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
STEP 5 Stir through pasta and parsley. Season to taste.
