How to Make It

Heat the oven to 400°F. Cook the beef and garlic in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. Add the zucchini and cook until it's tender. Stir in the sauce. Stir the beef mixture, pasta, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling and the cheese is melted.

    Smellls Great!

Haven't finished it yet but I've made many of these dishes and I know it's going to be great. It smells so good and that's half the battle. I'll give this a 9.8 without even tasting it. Now if I could only pronounce the name of the dish. My wife is Italian so I have to get it right.

    Pasta!

Your pasta and rice measurements are frustrating. On this one it asks for 6 cups of pasta, cooked an drained. Is that 6 cups before it's cooked or after it's cooked? I don't even try your pasta or rice recipes any more. Please be clear about how much UNCOOKED pasta or rice is needed. Also, I only buy regular rice so it would be helpful if you had clear instructions on substituting regular rice for instant/minute rice if called for in your recipes.

    3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese

We loved this recipe. I shredded the zucchini in order to hide it, and it worked. My husband and daughter never even knew it was in there, and they loved the meal. I will make this again and again!

    3-Cheese Mostaccioli Bolognese

This was a great recipe! My family loved it. I used campanelle pasta instead of ziti, added a few tablespoons of water to the sauce jar to get the rest of the sauce out and so that it would be a little juicier when it cooked, and added a little more cheese to the top. It turned out beautifully and it would be a great dish to take to a covered dish/potluck.
