cup warmed slow-cooked pulled pork made with Campbell's® Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce*
medium red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat the oven to 400°F. Top the cooked crust with the pork, onion and cheese.
Bake the pizza on the middle oven rack for 10 minutes or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted.

I like it with brisket or chicken also. I also like to slather a little of the BBQ sauce over the crust before adding the other ingredients like mushrooms, black olives, green peppers - whatever I have on hand. I also change sometimes with the colby/jack shredded cheese for a little different flavor - especially with the brisket. Great Friday night dinner and my grandkids love to help.
