    package (10 ounces) thin cooked pizza crust(1 crust)

    cup warmed slow-cooked pulled pork made with Campbell's® Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork*

  • 1

    medium red onion, cut in half and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)

  • 3/4

    cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F.  Top the cooked crust with the pork, onion and cheese. 

Step 2

Bake the pizza on the middle oven rack for 10 minutes or until the toppings are hot and the cheese is melted.

Recipe Tips

  • *To make the pork, you will need 1 pouch (13 ounces) Campbell's® Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Slow Cooker Sauce, 2-to 3-pounds boneless pork shoulder and a 6-quart slow cooker.  Cook time is about 7 hours on LOW.

    Love! Love! Love! this pizza

    I like it with brisket or chicken also. I also like to slather a little of the BBQ sauce over the crust before adding the other ingredients like mushrooms, black olives, green peppers - whatever I have on hand. I also change sometimes with the colby/jack shredded cheese for a little different flavor - especially with the brisket. Great Friday night dinner and my grandkids love to help.
