    Delicious....

I changed this up a little.... for years I have always spread gelled cranberry on the bread of my very plain chicken salad...just mayo added...it made for less mayo and kept the salad moist. So I replaced your apricot/apple spread with the cranberry sauce. Now with the addition of the chopped apple it gives it the crunch and just enuf sweetness from the cranberry sauce. Just toooo yummy....!

    Apple & Chicken Sandwiches

I really enjoy this sandwhich.. I would consider putting a little more mayo in the mix because if not it would seem too sweet but I really loved it!!
