    cup diced red bell pepper

    green onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)

How to Make It

Step 1

Stir the chicken, carrots, pepper, onions and dressing in a medium bowl.

Step 2

Divide the chicken mixture among the lettuce leaves. Fold the lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately.

    Great recipe for using leftovers!

    This recipe was simple and easy. I substituted leftover rotisserie chicken , and lite asian toasted sesame dressing, i also added copped up waterchestnuts . My friends loved it! I've already made this recipe twice!

    crunchy fresh vegies

    Very tasty and easy to make. Found a lo-cal fat free honey roasted sesame dressing. Yum!

    I really liked this but I did not wrap the lettuce around it i chopped the lettuce up and put the chicken mix on top of it and added mixed nut.... Loved it

    change ingredients..awesome

    So much better if you use ground turkey cooked Add The veggies cook. Keep veggies crisp. Asian noodles and peanuts. Crush up the peanuts only. Wrap in lettuce. Use seasme sauce for dipping your rap. Awesome! No need to change green lettuce to red for flavor. Also a bit of soy sauce for dipping mixed with seasme sauce is great. Just a few teaspoons to seasme sauce don't over add.

    Cook it a LiTTLE

    For this recipe I took the canned chicken and veggies and saute'ed them just a little bit (about 2 min) just to warm it up and give the veggies a little different texture. Try not to take the crunch out of the veggies though. I also added some of little crunchy noodle things to add some more crunch to it!
