medium carrot, shredded (about 1 cup)
cup diced red bell pepper
green onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
cup reduced fat ginger sesame vinaigrette dressing
large Bibb or iceberg lettuceleaves
Stir the chicken, carrots, pepper, onions and dressing in a medium bowl.
