How to Make It

Step 1

Place the chicken, slaw mix and carrots into a medium bowl.  Add the dressing and toss to coat.

Step 2

Divide the chicken mixture evenly between 2 bread slices. Top with the remaining bread slices.

    Something Different

    I've tried this twice one with the chicken and then with shrimp - both was very tasty. Also prefer it in a wheat wrap rather than on bread. Liked the idea of adding red bell pepper strips and cilantro.

    This recipe has some potential

    A few easy additions would make it really rock. Some julienned red bell pepper, a little cilantro & basil would add a lot of flavor, some nutrition, & VERY few calories.

    Asian Chicken Salad Sandwiches

    made this but had to add more coleslaw sauce and I put it on a tortilla and made it into a wrap..Next time I am going to mix it with ranch and make a wrap.. very nice cool dinner idea on these hot days!

    Asian Chicken Salad Sandwiches

    The recipe is very easy and fast to make. It has an ok taste. It's not wonderful and not nasty. It definitely needed salt and pepper. I used the Ginger Sesame dressing and doubled the amount. I will try the recipe again but this time I'll use a wrap instead of sandwich bread.
