You do not need a grill to enjoy delicious kabobs. Grab the skewers and thread them with some boneless chicken and fresh vegetables, pop them in a baking dish and top with a tasty teriyaki oven sauce for tender kabobs that are full of great flavor. Serve them tonight, they really are very good!

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into about 20 (1 1/2-inch) pieces

    small onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges

How to Make It

Set the oven to 400˚F. Thread each skewer with about 5 pieces chicken, 1 mushroom, 1 piece pepper, 1 tomato and 1 wedge onion. Place the kabobs into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce over the kabobs.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

    Little prep time needed.

    Easy to prepare and tastes very good. Only add-on would be to add some chunk pineapple to the skewer.
