    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup

  • 1/4

    cup shredded Cheddar cheeseor Swiss cheese (optional)

How to Make It

Step 1

Place the potatoes onto a microwavable plate.  Divide the ham among the potatoes.  Spoon the soup over the ham.  Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese, if desired.

Step 2

Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until the soup is hot and the cheese is melted.

Recipe Tips

  • Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork.  Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
  • Flavor Variation: You can use 9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, instead of the ham in this recipe.

    Asparagus & Ham Potato Topper

    I added canned asparagus tips as well as bread crumbs and baked them. Fantastic! Next time I'm going to add some minced green onions too.
