    My family loves this one!

The pork chops are nice and tender and the kids always ask for more "chicken". The apple juice adds a nice, sweet flavor.

    Wonderful flavor

My family loves this recipe. We have cooked it several times and each time it gets rave reviews from the kids.

    Autumn Pork Chops

Easy recipe to make, but sauce was runny and unattractive. I used thin cut, boneless chops and they were a bit dry; will use bone-in next time.

    Autumn Pork Chops

Pretty good. Added celery, green onions, and jalapeno. Next time I use half water and half apple juice for a more kick towards the end.

    Autumn Pork Chops

My sauce was very yellow and it had a very strong mustard taste. I used two tablespoons like it said. Guldman's mustard. Why did mine turn out mustardy? Blech.
