tablespoons lime juice
tablespoon vegetable oil
cups packed fresh baby spinach, torn into bite-sized pieces (about 1/2 of an 8-ounce package)
cups cubed cantaloupe
large avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into cubes (about 1 cup)
cup toasted slivered blanched almonds
Beat the picante sauce, honey, lime juice and oil in a large bowl with a fork or whisk.
