Ecce Panis European Baguette, thinly sliced
tomato, coarsely chopped
cloves garlic, crushed
each fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
teaspoons coarse salt
Heat the grill to medium. Grill the bread slices for 2 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides.
Stir the tomatoes, garlic, parsley and onion in a medium bowl. Divide the tomato mixture among the bread slices. Sprinkle with the salt.
