If Ecce Panis isn't available in your market, you can substitute your favorite artisan-quality bread.

How to Make It

Heat the grill to medium.  Grill the bread slices for 2 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides.
Stir the tomatoes, garlic, parsley and onion in a medium bowl.  Divide the tomato mixture among the bread slices.  Sprinkle with the salt.
