    pounds bone-in chicken breast half(4 halves)

  • 4

    ounces sliced cooked hamor Prosciutto, cut into very thin strips

  • 1

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 8

    ounces (1 container) sour cream

  • 1

    teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4

    teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 4

    hot baked potato, split or hot mashed potatoes

How to Make It

Step 1

Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish.

Step 2

Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes.  Pour off any fat.

Step 3

Arrange the ham around the chicken in the baking dish.  Stir the soup, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper in a small bowl.  Spoon the soup mixture over all.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.  Remove the chicken to a serving platter.  Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken and potatoes.

    directions need explanation

    I really don't think you intend that the chicken should be baked twice, for half an hour a time. And baking the sauce for half an hour at 375 degrees will make it very thin & runny. The directions need to be corrected

    It tastes even better with boneless chicken breasts. It was a great recipe and I will be making it again!
