Here is a great seafood recipe to add to your repertoire. Cod fillets and diced tomato bake in a creamy garlic butter oven sauce that lends great flavor to the fish. It is all served over linguine with a sprinkle of Parmesan for family pleasing dish that is satisfyingly good!

Ingredients

    can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1

    pouch (12 ounces) Campbell's® Garlic Butter Chicken Oven Sauce

  • 6

    cod fillets (about 5 ounces each)

  • 12

    ounces (about 3/4 of a 1-pound package) linguine, cooked and drained

  • 1/3

    cup shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Set the oven to 400˚F.

Step 2

Stir the tomatoes and sauce in a medium bowl. Place the fish into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish.

Step 3

Bake for 35 minutes or until the fish is cooked through. Serve the fish and sauce with the linguine.  Sprinkle with the cheese.

    Wonderfully surprised!

    I'm not the greatest cook, so I always look for easy recipes. At first I was hesitant to mix tomatoes with a cream sauce, but this was so, so easy to make. The cod couldn't have turned out any better. I definitely will make this again, and I definitely will try the Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken sauce in other recipes.

    Absolutely wonderful!

    Everything goes so well together I am definitely making this again. My husband doesn't even like fish too much and he scarfed it down. So easy to make, and also affordable.
