cup sweetened applesauce
tablespoons butter, melted
stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
boneless pork chop, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)
as needed paprika
Stir the applesauce, water, butter, celery and raisins in a medium bowl. Add the stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the pork. Sprinkle with the paprika.
Bake at 400°F. for 35 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Top with apple slices, if desired.
