can (20.5 ounces) Campbell's® Chunky™ Baked Beans with Maple Bacon & Beer
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
cup sour cream
green onion, sliced
Set the oven to 400°F. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the cooked potato, leaving a 1/2-inch-thick shell. Reserve the cooked potato for another use. Place the potato shells onto a baking sheet.
Divide the beans among the potato shells. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Top with the sour cream and green onions.
