V8’s delicious blend of vegetable juices provides more than just tomato flavor and the beef stock lightens this ‘stock-tail’ and infuses a savory note. It's garnished with cucumber and thyme, but we all know the garnish makes the drink so feel free to add more.

cup Swanson® Organic Beef Stock or Swanson® Organic Vegetable Broth
cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice
fluid ounces vodka (about 1/3 cup)
tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
teaspoon hot pepper sauce
teaspoon soy sauce
teaspoon ground black pepper
sprigs fresh thyme leaves
Stir all ingredients except cucumber and thyme in a small pitcher or glass measuring cup. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
Fill 2 glasses with ice. Divide the stock mixture between the glasses. Garnish with the cucumber slices and thyme sprigs.
