V8’s delicious blend of vegetable juices provides more than just tomato flavor and the beef stock lightens this ‘stock-tail’ and infuses a savory note.  It's garnished with cucumber and thyme, but we all know the garnish makes the drink so feel free to add more.

  • 1/2

    cup Swanson® Organic Beef Stock or Swanson® Organic Vegetable Broth

  • 1/2

    cup V8® 100% Vegetable Juice

  • 3

    fluid ounces vodka (about 1/3 cup)

  • 1

    tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1

    teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2

    teaspoon hot pepper sauce

  • 1/4

    teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1/4

    teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2

    cucumber slices

  • 2

    sprigs fresh thyme leaves

How to Make It

Stir all ingredients except cucumber and thyme in a small pitcher or glass measuring cup.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Fill 2 glasses with ice.  Divide the stock mixture between the glasses.  Garnish with the cucumber slices and thyme sprigs.
