How to Make It

Heat the oven to 350°F. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in 1/2 cup picante sauce and 1 cup cheese. Spread 1/2 cup picante sauce in a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Spoon about 2 tablespoons beef mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Top with the remaining picante sauce and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and the cheese melts.

    Nothing really special

This was very easy to make and tasted okay. Even with a few changes to spice it up a bit based on the ideas from other reviewers, they were nothing really special.

    Good and easy

Would use enchilada sauce next time to add more flavor. Good overall but needed a little something else.

    yummy dinner choice

Very delicious simple recipe. I followed the directions almost exactly. I added some mexican cheese to the inside of the enchiladas and wow was that just amazing. Good to use as leftovers for lunch the next day.

We loved this recipe. Simple and good left over.

I used Campbell's nacho fiesta soup in the ground beef instead of the the shredded cheese. Created a great spicey taste.

This recipe is so good and easy. Fast meal on busy evenings!

My family loves these , but we add refried beans to our hamburger meat and picante sauce. That gives it a little more protein and fills my family up. We usually have a salad and chips to complete the plate!! Great recipe!! :)
