How to Make It

Place the potatoes, carrots and onion into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.  Top with the beef.  Stir the soups and water in a medium bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 11 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

    Yummy!

    I used three cans of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and two cans of reduced sodium beef broth for extra gravy. I left out the water. I used one tsp of onion powder and added two tsp of A1 sauce for flavor. I also used small red potatoes and baby carrots. I cooked for 5-6 hours on high and it was wonderful.

    AMAZING! I've never been able to make a good pot roast until now. kids gobbled it up - keeper recipe I will make it again! YUMMY.

    This came out very well. Just a little much for two people. But the taste was excellent.

    Beef Roast in Slow Cooker

    Very easy to make. Crocked on high for 6 hours. Added two tablespoons of A1 Steak Sauce to soup to add color and a little extra flavor. Turned out great.
