medium carrot, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups)
onion, cut in quarters
pounds boneless beef chuck roast (about 1 roast)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Celery Soup
Place the potatoes, carrots and onion into a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Top with the beef. Stir the soups and water in a medium bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 11 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.
