    can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup

  • 1

    cup Pace® Picante Sauce - Medium

  • 1/2

    cup milk

  • 6

    flour tortilla(8-inch) or 8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 1

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 4 ounces)

How to Make It

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat.  Pour off any fat. Stir the soup, picante sauce, milk, tortillas and half the cheese in the skillet.  Spoon the beef mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Cover the baking dish. Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until the beef mixture is hot and bubbling.  Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

    love this recipe

    We make this recipe often. I double the ingredients and I use tortilla chips instead of the flour tortillas. I also add taco seasoning to the recipe. We serve it with taco chips to scoop it up. It's always a hit!

    Love this recipe!

    I have made this recipe for several years, its good the way it is, but I have tweaked some, I add diced bell pepper, diced onion, and garlic. I also double the recipe.

    Awesome dish!

    This is a great dinner. The last time I made it I added a can of drained corn and a can of black beans (drained and rinsed)

    Could use more flavor.

    Six 8-inch tortillas is too many. I used 3 and found that was plenty. This recipe is lacking something, next time I make it I'm going to use an envelope of taco seasoning so it does have a taco taste. I thought it was bland. I would make this again but with some changes.
