    High in sodium

I love a good meatloaf but this recipe is a killer. Way too much sodium when everybody needs to cut down on the sodium.

Tasty! but mine didn't hold up well, and the oven temp in video different form recipe?

This came out great! But maybe I used wrong meat? I used ground beef (chuck, or round, I think), with an 80% - 20% lean to fat ratio. But my meatloaf wasn't as firm a loaf when it was done, it kind of crumbled a bit when I tried to slice it. Would more breadcrumbs or maybe even oats have helped my loaf keep it's shape and stay together a little more firmly? Also, the video on this site for this recipe says to "pre-heat oven to 425", but the recipe itself calls for baking the loaf at 350 degrees (which is what most other meatloaf recipes call for, that I've seen). Should I really be baking this at 425?! like the video says?

What % fat is the beef?

Does anyone have a wife? Husbands love this stuff. Of course, most will eat anything made of hamburger meat. As will kids. So do any non-family people like this recipe? Surprised there is no bread or very little bread crumb to keep the loaf fluffy and moist, though maybe the can of soup keeps it moist. Surprised there is no topping. People adjust the recipe to help. I have to say most of recipes given out by the manufacturer tend to be easy and very good.

    Best ever meatloaf

Meatloaf is one of my husbands favorite. With that said I've tried numerous recipes and had not found one he really liked until I made this recipe. I'm not a big meatloaf fan but I even liked this one. I'm so glad to have a go to meatloaf recipe. I did use milk instead of water and oats because that's all I had. I'm sure it would be good either way. Best part for me it was so easy!
