pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
cups Prego® Lower Sodium Traditional Italian Sauce
cup grated Parmesan cheese
cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
Spray a 12-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Stir the sauce and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese over the chicken.

Yum! I think what sets this recipe apart is adding the Parmesan cheese to the sauce. My only deviation from the recipe was to add lots of four Italian cheese blend instead of only mozzarella cheese. The cheese blend was melted over the whole pan of chicken pieces and spaghetti sauce. Looked and tasted great with some angel hair pasta and salad. Prego is the only branded sauce I'll use.

I didn't have Prego, so I used Ragu, tomato, onion and garlic, and this was delicious! I read the other reviews and decided to season the chicken with salt and pepper for more flavor. My husband, who is a habitual food critic, liked it! I served this with a side of spaghetti noodles and leftover sauce, along with a salad.
