    cups florets broccoli

  • 3/4

    pound boneless beef sirloin steakor top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into very thin strips

    can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup

  • 1/4

    cup water

  • 2

    packages (2.8 ounces each ) oriental flavor chicken flavored ramen noodle soup

How to Make It

Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp.  Remove the broccoli from the skillet.  Remove the skillet from the heat. Spray the skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute.  Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned.  Stir in the soup, water and 1 ramen seasoning packet (reserve the remaining seasoning packet for another use) and heat to a boil.  Return the broccoli to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Cook the noodle soup according to the package directions without the seasoning packet.  Drain the noodles well in a colander.  Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.

    The basic ingredients were good...but.

    I just couldn't go with the tomato sauce.....So I substituted beef broth and Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce. I also added finely sliced carrots, celery and chopped onion otherwise I followed all the other directions and it came out so good. Like I had ordered in from a really good asian restaurant.

    Budget friendly tastey

    This was good i used soy sauce and garlic salt to season as well it was great everyone cleaned their plate and they can be picky

    It was a little to much tomato taste for me and I added both Ramen flavor packets.

    Broccoli Beef Stir-Fry with Noodles

    My husband and i really enjoyed this although I added 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and soy sauce. If you add vegetable egg rolls, it's a lovely meal.
