tablespoon soft, tub margarine
large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
clove garlic, chopped
cup non fat milk
can (10 1/2ounces) Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
cups cooked brown rice
tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat the oven to 350°F.
Heat the margarine in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
Stir the broccoli and garlic in the skillet and cook until the broccoli is tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in the milk, soup and rice. Cook and stir until the soup mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cheese and spoon the broccoli mixture into an 11x8x2-inch baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the broccoli mixture is hot and bubbling.
