    teaspoon sugar

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the broiler.  Spread the peanut butter on the bagel halves.  Top with the banana.

Step 2

Stir the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the banana.  Place the bagel halves onto a baking sheet.

Step 3

Broil 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the sugar is caramelized.
