    teaspoon Louisiana style hot pepper sauce

  • 1/2

    cup crumbled blue cheeseor 4 slices blue cheese

How to Make It

Shape the beef into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) burgers. Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the burgers for 10 minutes for medium or until desired doneness, turning the burgers over once halfway through the grilling time. Heat the soup and hot sauce in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Top the burgers with the soup mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese. Serve the burgers on the buns.

    Good

    Make your burgers larger by making a hole in the middle. By the time they are cooked, they will remain larger and the hole will have closed. I added 2 T. of horseradish to the burgers. Tasty.

    Buffalo Burgers

    Yum! I put the Blue Cheese crumbles on the meat while it was on the grill so it got all melty!

    Buffalo Burgers

    Use small rolls as the burgers tend to shrink up while cooking -OR- make 2 large burgers instead of 4 small. Degree of spiciness can be changed by adding more hot sauce. Very good super easy!
