    package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2

    cup blue cheese salad dressing

  • 1/2

    cup any flavor Frank's RedHot hot pepper sauce

  • 1/2

    cup crumbled blue cheeseor shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2

    cans (12.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained

  • 1 1/2

    10-ounce packages Pepperidge Farm® Distinctive Cracker Trio(about 96 crackers)

How to Make It

Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until smooth. Stir in the dressing, hot sauce and blue cheese. Stir in the chicken. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the chicken mixture before serving.  Serve with the crackers for dipping.

Recipe Tips

  • Alternate Preparation: To make this dip in the microwave, use a microwavable 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Prepare the dip as directed above but do not bake. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 5 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot, stirring halfway through the cook time.
  • Make Ahead: This dip can be kept warm in a small slow cooker or fondue pot on the buffet table.
  • Recipe Note: To reduce the fat in this recipe, use Neufchâtel or light cream cheese and reduced-fat blue cheese salad dressing.
  • Serving Suggestion: Serve with cut up fresh vegetables as well as the crackers for dipping.

    By far, this is my family's favorite Campbell recipe

    This is a must-make for every family event - sports viewing parties, cookouts, family gatherings and more! It's creamy, warm, and just a perfect amount of spicy. It's addictive. It's fun to be able to think of creative items to put on the side for dipping. We have used celery, of course, but also carrots, sliced peppers, crackers of all kinds, pita chips, and even fried chicken wings! Guaranteed to love this if you enjoy buffalo wing flavors!

    Leftovers great for quesadillas

    If you have leftovers, it makes great quesadillas. Just spread on tortilla, lay another one on top and cook. I double it just so there are leftovers.

    I can't say enough how much I LOVE THIS!!

    I first tried this at someone's BBQ and couldn't wait to make it at home!! I added some diced celery - - can't have buffalo chicken without celery - - and it is a definite crowd pleaser!!

    AMAZING

    You can't go to a party and NOT bring this....the first time we made this for a hockey parents party.....it was gone before i knew it! Parents, especially the dads, and some moms...were hovered over the dish!! I know make to BIG dishes...hoping there will be left over to take home!!
