    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 2

    tablespoons ketchup

  • 1/3

    cup sour cream

  • 6

How to Make It

Shape the beef into 6 (1/2-inch thick) burgers. Cook the burgers in batches in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned on both sides.  Remove the burgers from the skillet.  Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup and ketchup in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Return the burgers to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the burgers are cooked though. Stir in the sour cream.  Serve the burgers and sauce on the bagels.

    amazing

    I edited this recipe just a bit.....I added more mushrooms and I put swiss cheese on just before serving!!!! My family loved them and wants me to make them again!!!

    Burgers Stroganoff

    Didn't use the bagel. My family loves stroganoff and this was a hit. Didn't think I would like it with the ketchup but it was really good and will make it again.

    Very yummy! I did use bagels but thin ones instead of the regular size. It was so good! Also I didn't use ketchup, just a bit of milk. I totally recommend this one!

    Burgers Stroganoff

    I used ground turkey instead of beef and skipped the bagels. I also made skinny mashes potatoes from the Campbell's kitchen App. The patties with sauce on top of the potatoes .... Yummy!

    This recipe was excellent. A good idea for a low carb dinner if served without the bagel. Left over sauce is great for dipping Doritos.
