    Cajun Fish

How can you call this "Cajun". Where are the Cajun seasonings? It looks to me like just a fish in a tomato base! yuck!

    Cajun Fish

I used talapia and it was awesome! Also, instead of dicing the Bell Peppers I sliced them into thin strip to make it more attractive and I added a few shrimp to the soup base!

    Cajun Fish

I was looing for a way to use up the excess tomato soup in the pantry (kids off to college). It was ok with a little help-onion, fresh tomatoes and some green chilies sauteed with the bell pepper but not anything I would repeat because it was so good
