drained canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
cup water
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup
avocado, cut into 2 slices
tablespoon to 2 tablespoons crumbled queso fresco
tablespoon to 2 tablespoons Mexican-style sour cream
Place the pepper and water into a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
Heat the soup and pepper mixture in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Season to taste. Serve topped with the avocado, queso fresco and sour cream.
