teaspoons liquid from jarred pickled ginger or lime juice
teaspoon ground ginger

fluid ounces V8® 100% Vegetable Juice (about 1 1/2 cups), chilled
fluid ounces sake (about 1/2 cup), chilled
fluid ounce vodka (about 2 tablespoons)
teaspoon soy sauce
teaspoon wasabi paste
teaspoon celery salt
Pour 1 teaspoon pickled ginger liquid into a shallow dish. Stir the ginger, sugar, salt and sesame seeds on a plate. Dip the rims of 2 glasses into the pickled ginger liquid then coat with the ginger mixture. Fill the glasses with ice.
Stir the vegetable juice, sake, vodka, soy sauce, wasabi, celery salt and remaining pickled ginger liquid in a pitcher. Season to taste. Pour the vegetable juice mixture into the glasses.
