cups potato or peeled sweet potatoes and cut into 1-inch pieces

Set the oven to 400°F.
Place the chicken into a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Arrange the potatoes and carrots around the chicken. Spread the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Roast for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir the vegetables and sauce.
