Not bad, but there's room for improvement

I made this with 4 large boneless chicken thighs, and while they came out tender and flavorful, I had to extend the cooking time by 10 minutes to cook them to a safe internal temperature. And dispute that extra time and the resting time after, many of the potato pieces were still a bit undercooked and not as soft as they could be (I quartered a small package of red potatoes that were about 1.5-2 inches long). That said, the sauce was tasty and made the dish more interesting than it would be plain.

    So dissapointed

I was very dissapointed with the flavor of this sauce. My daughter took one bite and spit it out. I thought she was overreacting until I took a bite and had the same reaction. I would not recommend this product.

    Easy and delicious dinner

I made this dinner because I was in a big hurry. It was 5 minutes prep and absolutely delicious. Our granddaughter who is very picky said it was the best dinner she ever had! That was over the top for her. I had never used the Campbell's pouches before but they were just great. I added French fried onion rings to the top about 30 minutes into the baking time. Like the crunch with the meal, did half with onions and half without. granddaughter did not like the addition but hubby and I loved it with the onions. Next time going to add some fresh mushrooms too. Great meal for nearly zero time in the kitchen. We used the small red potatoes and they were perfect for this dish.
