    Caramelized Plum Tart

I just made this and it was delicious! I didn't use the almonds and I used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar instead of 1/4 cup of white, to cut down on calories. I sprinkled it with cinnamon and nutmeg and brushed a cherry jam wash over the crust after it came out of the oven. Very yummy and easy!

    Caramelized Plum Tart

Just brought this to a party and my family kept remarking about how gorgeous the tart looked and asked where I had bought it! It took no time at all to make, only requires a few ingredients and held up really well traveling. Especially delicious now, in August, since the plums are so juicy and delicious! I'm definitely bringing this to my next summer party.
