ounces uncooked medium shell shaped pasta (about 3 cups)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Creamy Cauliflower Cooking Soup
cups shredded 2% milk Cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
cup reduced fat (2%) milk
teaspoon ground black pepper
cups chopped thawed frozen broccoli florets
Cook and drain the pasta according to the package directions. While the pasta is cooking, heat the oven to 400°F.
Stir the soup, cheese, milk and black pepper in a 2-quart casserole. Add the pasta and broccoli and stir to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is hot. Serve hot.

I made it exactly like the recipe on the can. Not this recipe. I added cauliflower to the mac and cheese and the grandkids loved it! Not sure why this recipe calls for broccoli when it's cauliflower soup? My only problem is now you can't find this soup anywhere except Amazon at $8.95 a can! Just bought the last 2 cans they had! That's how much the grandkids loved it! I've written Campbell's but they don't write back and their live chat doesn't work! Ugh...

So I pre-cooked my fresh broccoli and when the hot noodles were done and I mixed it all up I stole a spoonful and it was awesome! I popped it in the oven to bake for 20 minutes and it came out totally dry. That creamy sauce was mostly absorbed. I gave 3 stars because it tastes great initially and it was easy, but it needs the sauce doubled. (But that would be an INSANE amount of sodium)
