How to Make It

Beat the eggs and milk in a small bowl with a fork or whisk. Heat the butter in an 8-inch skillet over low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until set, stirring often.
Spoon the egg mixture into the pastry cups.  Top with the caviar, crème fraiche, if desired, and chives.
