cups biscuit baking mix or buttermilk biscuit mix
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Certified Organic Chicken Broth or Swanson® Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth
cloves garlic, minced
Heat the oven to 450°F.
Stir the baking mix, cheese, broth and garlic in a medium bowl with a fork. Drop 12 spoonfuls dough onto a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and another baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Yummy recipe!!! I added a cup of melted butter to the baking mixture to add more moist and for fluffier biscuits, they were awesome. A good addition to any meal...Next time I'll add more cheese to it... Only complain was that they took more than 10 minutes to bake (it took me 25 minutes to get them toasty and golden brown, the inside came out fluffy and moist), so the baking time is not that accurate.
