    Great side dish!!

Instead of mashed potatoes, I used Southern-style hash browns. I baked the dish 45 minutes and added shredded cheddar cheese the last 15 minutes. My hubby ate two helpings and said that they would make a wonderful breakfast as well!

This was one of the most boring recipes I've tried. Used it for Easter dinner company and it was disappointing to say the least. No flavor, even after adding more pepper, a bit of salt and additional green onions. Blah!!!!

    Simple fast n good

I love this. It's simple, you can make it fast hard to mess up. I like to keep adding just like topping a baked potato. I like bacon in mine with twice the green onion. I'm always adding different things, always been good.
