envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
cup reduced fat (2%) milk
avocado, pitted and peeled
Mission Fajita Size flour tortilla(6-inch), warmed
ounces (4 sticks, 1 ounce each ) string cheese (mozzarella) sticks
cup vegetable oil
Place the salad dressing mix, mayonnaise, milk and avocado into a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Place 1 cheese stick onto each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas around the cheese and secure with toothpicks.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the flautas and cook until well browned on all sides. Remove the flautas from the skillet and let drain on paper towels. Remove the toothpicks. Serve with the avocado mixture for dipping.
