    Long time family fave!

My family's made this dish for over a decade and we absolutely adore it. The combo of the tomato and cheese soups is delicious and who doesn't like ground beef in anything? Try it with elbow macaroni if you don't like shells. It will be hard to go back to Hamburger Helper after you've had this stuff.

    Easy for Sports Night

Recipe is great for a quick meal on sports night when we have to hit the road pronto. We substitute beef broth and catsup for the tomato soup to add flavor for the adults in the clan.

    very customizable

Like almost every recipe I've tried on here they are good by themselves but also leave room to play with them. With this one I used garlic powder and season all to season the meat while it cooked. Then when I added the soups I added dried minced onions and two big dollops of sour cream. It was wonderful.

    Very easy to make.

My kid loves it. My husband and I think its a little bland. I will make this recipe again but add some seasoning.

READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE THIS!

If you follow the recipe exactly how it says its practically uneatable. It tastes like Spaghetti O's but with more water. If it wasn't for the person who suggested the onion, (I used onion powder) garlic, oregano, paprika, basil, and parsley, I would not have known how to save this dish. I also took another reviews advice and added the chilli powder. At the end, I added some Tony Chachere's seasoning which I think finally brought it all together. The kids haven't tried it yet, so that will be the real test to see if I will make again! It's not bad after all of the editions.
