    can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup

  • 1

    cup chopped fresh broccoliflorets

  • 1

    cup chopped cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1/4

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese(about 1 ounce)

  • 1

    package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough

How to Make It

Step 1

Heat the oven to 400°F.  Spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.  Stir the soup, broccoli, chicken and cheese in a medium bowl. 

Step 2

Unroll the crust on the work surface and cut in quarters.  Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on one side of each.  Fold the crust in half over the filling.  Pinch the edges to seal.  Using a sharp knife, cut small slits in the tops of the pockets.  Place the filled pockets onto the baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.  Let the pockets cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack for 5 minutes.

    Excellent!!

    I just made this for the second time for my husband and I. We are both very picky and love this recipe! It is very easy and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone young or old!

    Quite good

    My family enjoyed this recipe. I thought using the pizza dough for the crust worked very well. I have a similar recipe that used crescent roll dough instead and it just never worked quite right, but this one solved the problems. Next time I will probably add some seasoning to the mixture, like garlic salt or cook the chicken in something, but even without that it was quite good.

    Oh boy'

    I made this especially for my little girl. She loved it! Usually broccoli isn't her first choice but this made her want it for the next days lunch!!! I added extra veggies and the same amount of cheese. I also put cornmeal on the baking sheet before I put the dough on.
