Green chiles, french fried onions and ground red pepper give this luscious corn casserole a little kick...but don't worry - the cheesy sauce controls the heat and leaves you with nothing but great flavor.

    Cheesy Chile Corn Casserole

This corn casserole is super tasty, and it has just the right amount of heat from the green chilis. I will definitely make this recipe again. It's easy to make, bakes quickly, and has a nice creamy and crunchy texture (thanks to the fried onion topping).

    Cheesy Chile Corn Casserole

I am making this again to take to church. This is my go to for any kind of gathering or potluck. I enjoy taking this because it is something different and is always gone. I use 2 cans of canned corn instead of frozen. This works just fine. I will be making this again and again!!!

    Cheesy Chile Corn Casserole

This beats my recipe I make for corn casserole. I make it with two cans creamed corn, one can of golden sweet corn and 1 1/2 cups of sour cream. One box of Jiffy corn muffin mix, mix and top with Toll-house cracker crumbs.

I loved it! Not your usual corn recipe and I took it to a military pot luck dinner...it was gone in no time flat!
