    Cheesy Corn Tortilla Bake (Chilaquiles)

Good and easy recipe. The crispy tortilla strips give it a great texture.

    Cheesy Corn Tortilla Bake (Chilaquiles)

I'm Mexican so I'm very judgemental about Mexican dishes. I made this recipe with chicken because in Mexico we never use ground beef unless it's for a hamburger. But overall a good attempt at a Mexican favorite.
