    pound linguine

  • 2

    cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

  • 3

    tablespoons butter

  • 1 3/4

    pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes

    can (22.6 ounces) Campbells® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 1 1/4

    cups milk

  • 1

    cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Make It

Step 1

Prepare the linguine according to the package directions in a 6-quart saucepot.  Add the broccoli during the last 4 minutes of the cooking time.  Drain the linguine mixture well in a colander.

Step 2

Heat the butter in the saucepot over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.

Step 3

Stir the soup, milk, cheese and linguine mixture in the saucepot and cook until the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.  Season to taste.  Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.

    Crowd pleasing and filling. Easy to prepare.

    What better way to feed a crowd, but with pasta ! The easy part of this recipe is using Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup. I learned over the years to use the same in many of my own recipes. I buy the Chicken Breast halves on sale, then freeze them in portions so that I have them on hand for other recipes. Broccoli works very well in this dish with the flavor and color. If the dish seems a little dry, add another 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 cup Parmesan and 2 tbsps butter or margarine. Bon Appetite !

    I just made this for the first time and I am amazed at how good it is. I added a little bit of salt as on its own its a teeny bit bland... I used about 1 teaspoon of salt.. Also I used farfalle instead of linguine AMAZING!

    Great Recipe!

    This recipe was delicious. My whole family loved it! I did make a few changes: I added the broccoli to the chicken, used a tablespoon extra of butter, and used a garlic herb seasoning on it. Once the chicken and broccoli were done, I added the the other ingredients to it, instead of the pasta, and then spooned the mixture over the pasta on each person's plate. I will make it exactly the same next time!

    Highly recommend this!

    Most of my family is not very fond of mushrooms or broccoli, but with using florets they could pick them out easily. This recipe was a huge hit in our house, even those that do not like vegetables ... all leftovers were gone in 2 days! Will be making this again very soon. Very easy to make!

    I made this for dinner last night and the family loved it. I added a can of mushrooms and flavored the chicken with some liquid smoke for added flavor and served with some cheddar baked biscuits and it was delish!! I will definitely be making this again
