    cups cooked broccoli florets

  • 2

    cups cubed cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1/3

    cup milk

  • 1/2

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 2

    tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs

How to Make It

Step 1

Place the broccoli and chicken into a 9-inch pie plate.

Step 2

Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and chicken.  Sprinkle with the cheese.  Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the cheese.

Step 3

Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.

Recipe Tips

  • Easy Substitution: Substitute leftover cooked turkey, 3 cans (4.5 ounces each) or 1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained, for the cooked chicken.
  • Easy Substitution: Substitute Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) for the Cream of Chicken.
  • Flavor Variation: For cornflake topping, substitute crushed cornflakes for the bread crumbs and omit the butter.
  • Make Ahead Freezer Meal: Assemble as directed, wrap tightly (add a layer of parchment on top under the foil so the cheese won’t stick) and freeze.  From frozen, bake, covered, at 425°F. for 45 minutes or until hot.  Or, thaw in the refrigerator and bake, covered, for 35 minutes or until hot.

    quick & easy

    It was good but I thought it needed some salt and/or garlic or a little extra spice to the sauce. .i don't know how you fit 4 cups of broccoli and 2 cups of chicken and the sauce in a 9 inch pie plate. I ised a 8 X 11 1/2 pan and it was just the right size.i will definitely make this again, but spice it up a bit.

    Easy and good

    I did add salt and pepper to the sauce. Most of these recipes to not tell you to add spices, but you usually do. Otherwise bland. I have made Campbells recipes for a lot of years and they are all good. Quick and easy and fill you up.

    Love it!!!! So yummmy!

    Love this recipe! Most recipes that have chicken and broccoli have rice but this doesn't which is awesome for people that don't like rice. This recipe is absolutely delicious! My family loves it but definitely use a 11x9 pan.
