    cups cubed cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast

    can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup or Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup

    cup milk

  • 1/2

    cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs

How to Make It

Place the broccoli and chicken into a 9-inch pie plate. Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl.  Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and chicken.  Sprinkle with the cheese.  Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.  Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the cheese. Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.

  • Easy Substitution: Substitute leftover cooked turkey, 3 cans (4.5 ounces each) or 1 can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained, for the cooked chicken.
  • Easy Substitution: Substitute Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) for the Cream of Chicken.
  • Flavor Variation: For cornflake topping, substitute crushed cornflakes for the bread crumbs and omit the butter.

    quick & easy

    It was good but I thought it needed some salt and/or garlic or a little extra spice to the sauce. .i don't know how you fit 4 cups of broccoli and 2 cups of chicken and the sauce in a 9 inch pie plate. I ised a 8 X 11 1/2 pan and it was just the right size.i will definitely make this again, but spice it up a bit.

    Excellent and curry powder makes it even better

    This is very good. If you want to make it even better add a tablespoon of curry powder to the soup mixture. Yummmm

    Yummy

    I have been making this dish for my family for many years. I have also taken it to pot lucks. It is always a crowd pleaser. There is usually none leftover. Very simple for a quick weeknight dinner if you have leftover chicken. You can also change it up with sour cream, mayo or ? and use different creamed soups. A keeper recipe. Easy to memorize.

    Maybe cream of mushroom next time?

    I was looking for a quick & easy recipe that called for chicken & broccoli & came across this recipe. While it was quick & easy, I think that if I made it again, I would use cream of mushroom. The combination of the cream of chicken soup & the 2 cups of chicken was overpowering.

    Tried and True Recipe to Memorize

    I have been making this recipe with variations over the past 15 years and it is ALWAYS a hit! The flavor of the soup can change, so can the veggie used it's always a crowd pleaser. I do WAY more of the bread crumb mixture because my family loves it. Also I use plain yogurt in place of the milk, you can also use sour cream. It's a little richer sauce and no one can tell the difference and it won't be so soupy.
