tablespoon lemon juice
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon ground black pepper
cup cooked broccoliflorets
medium carrot, shredded (about 1/2 cup)
cups cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cookedor turkey
pita bread(6-inch), cut in half, forming 2 pockets
