ounces (1/2 of a 1-pound package) uncooked rotini (spiral) pasta
medium carrot, peeled and sliced (about 1 cup)
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
teaspoon garlic powder
teaspoon ground black pepper
can (12.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
cup grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare the rotini according to the package directions in a 3-quart saucepan without salt. Add the broccoli and carrots for the last 5 minutes of the cooking time. Drain the rotini mixture well in a colander. Return the rotini mixture to the saucepan.
Stir the soup, broth, garlic powder, black pepper and chicken in the saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the cheese.
