cup sliced mushrooms(about 3 ounces)
medium carrot, peeled and very thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
Spray a 10-inch skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the broccoli, mushrooms and carrot and cook until they're tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove the vegetables from the skillet.
Remove the skillet from the heat. Spray the skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
Stir the soup, milk and thyme in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the vegetables and chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
