How to Make It

Heat the soup, milk, picante sauce, corn, chicken and bacon in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with the cheese and onion. Drizzle each serving with additional picante sauce.

    Tasty and Easy

    This turned out MMM GOOD. I doubled it for a book club and everyone liked it. Used Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken. Took others’ suggestions and added one chopped fresh red pepper, which added a nice crunch, plus put in crockpot, high until heated up, then low for several hours. One can creamed corn and one can Roasted Corn (or would have used Mexicorn as one reviewer did). I used Mild Picante instead of Medium and I thought it was perfect. I’m glad I had some left to bring home because it was so delicious.

    tried it but wont make again

    I did finish a bowl and it was very filling. My husband said it was "really good" however I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I thought the celery soup was an odd combination with the picante sauce.

    this recipe is a great start to many tasty meals

    Campbells has been bringing frugal meals to the table since i was a child at Aunt Debbies Dinner Table.She could stretch a couple cans of soup or pork and beans to feed 4 adults and 7 children.Campbells is a great start to home cooked meals and warm childhood memories..linda turner of Bath N.C.

    Yumm!!!

    I'm not a great cook but this recipe is so easy to make. It was delicious and very fulfilling! I did add 2 cans of corn and 8 slices of bacon. Thanks Campbell.

    Chicken Corn Chowder

    One of my favorites! I've been using this recipe for almost three years now. I don't generally add the chicken because I don't really care for chicken. Also, I use a can of creamed corn to add thickness, and then I add most of a can of whole kernel corn. I also add a whole package of real bacon bits, and for my personal bowl, I add extra chives. Delicious, easy, and filling!
