    Chicken Dijon in Pastry Shells

Even easier to make than Hamburger Helper. Just brown the chicken, put the veg in, let them steam and whisk together the sauce at the end all while the puff pastry is getting crispy in the oven. It's elegant and delicious, a big hit at our house! Will be making it again and again.
